Born and raised in Portland, OR, Kristin D. Smith has deep roots in the community. Her journey in the real estate industry was marked by significant milestones. After her parents move to a farm on the outskirts of Albany during her teenage years, Kristin established a connection to the Albany area that endures to this day.

In 1991, Kristin and her husband Tom ventured into homeownership, purchasing their first property in Brownsville. This moment marked the beginning of their lasting presence in the Willamette Valley. Their immersion into the construction world came in 2005 when they joined Tom’s family’s construction business. Kristin played a central role, skillfully managing the construction company and contributing to its success.
